Once you’ve joined the society, you will be automatically added to the mailing list and should start receiving messages immediately. If there are any problems, please contact for advice.

We encourage all our members to get involved in the conversations going on via the mailing list. Often that second (or third, or fourth) perspective can prove invaluable and, since our members come from all areas of editing, the range of advice available makes it likely that your fellow members will have the answers you are looking for.

Please note that the mailing list is intended for work-related conversations only, and that you need to decide whether a group or direct response is the most appropriate.
